i have coolant leaking on engine block from drivers side across to
passengers side running down, do you have any ideas where to start on this
problem.
    thank you

If it's running down both sides and not just the driver's, it's most likely
the main water pipe gaskets coming out of the pump. This will require
removal of the upper and lower intake manifolds and the injectors. You might
want to consider just doing plugs, wires, timing belt, and water pump. The
work is about the same.
