Changing Spark plugs in 1.8L

I have a 95 Eagle Summit with Mitsubishi 1.8L engine.  How do I change
Spark plugs?  Is it necessary to remove the valve cover or do I Just have
to pull harder on the rubber boots around the ignition wires at the valve
cover?

Pull on the boots but not on the wires.
