Anybody knows what is needed and how to do this ?
4G64 looks essentially the same as in its FFV twin sold in Brazil

You'll need bigger injectors and a way to control them. Does your car have
an EPROM in it's computer?  You may also need a higher capacity pump (the
$99 walbro on ebay works great)
There are some threads on www.dsmtalk.com  regarding the use of E-85 in
4g63/64 cars.

I never opened computer, it is 96' Galant.
I did google and found this:

It is expensive but if you say new injectors needed and pump? then maybe it is worth the price ?

You are going to need 30% more capacity from your pump and injectors.
E-85, being 85% ethanol, is an oxygenated fuel.

Here's some info from the WRX folks on running E-85
