Indications
1. Initially battery went dead every 5 days.
2. Voltmeter showed a 12 volt charge when car was running
3. Brand new battery went dead overnight . I connected the battery at
around 7 in the evening and the next day it was dead)
4. When i turn the ignition key the Battery light does not light up.
5 Took it to Gemini Goodyear. They could not figure out what was wrong.

Does anyone have ay inputs on this?

Thanks!

Either the alternator is not charging the vehicle, or more likely, there is
something drawing current and draining the battery.  Start by making sure
the battery connections are clean and tight, then check your interior, glove
box, trunk, and under hood lights.  Do any remain on?  If that does not find
the problem, charge the battery first, and then measure the current from the
battery with everything shut off.  If you see a constant current drawn
greater than 20-50 mA, then start pulling fuses to isolate the problem
circuit and then go from there when you know more.  Good luck
