Has anybody changed out their factory door and rear speakers? Do the covers
come off, or do I have to tear appart the inside of the door panels? Thanks.

Try gripping the covers with dry hands and turn the speaker covers to the
left or right, they should come off, exposing 3 or 4 self tapping screws,
they then should fall outwards leaving 2 wires with clear plastic connector
clips on the end, note the sizes of the clips as they power the speaker.

Good luck
