They all feature Mitsubishi's trademark poor quality of manufacture
and design, so don't fret, you will get the same rubbish in all of those
models.

You want to waste your money on relatively new Mitsushitty crap but are
too cheap to buy the documentation! Bwah ha ha ha ha

Jeez guy, from a high of 64 posts in June you've only spouted off 3
time this month. How dissapointing.

Due to other demands on my time recently, I have not been able to provide
my service to the Mitsubishi community as well as should have. For this I
am sorry and will try to make ammends soon.

Hey there Mr Bat Grunt!
Good to see you are still doing well. You know, people that buy Volvos
expect to be involved in an accident, likely their fault. And did you
know Volvo is a Swedish term than means "to yawn"? As I was reading
through your posts I had the urge to Volvo.
Take care!

Volvo also rhymes with vulva so they can't be all bad. I am pleased that
you are getting some value from my service. I don't know why you think I
drive a Volvo. Yes, Volvos are a much better better built car than
Mitsubishis that is for sure, but you are correct in that they are largely
boring.
There is another Swedish car brand for people who appreciate quality
engineering, class AND who like to drive. Unfortunately, when General
Motors purchased them they severely damaged the marque through badge
engineering. They (the other Swedish car company) single handedly
pioneered many of the things you take for granted in your Mitsushitty
turdwagons - stuff like turbo charging, electronic wastegate control etc.
Cars like the Mitsushitty Cordia were pathetic imitations.

don't you remember that name, Bhagat?
Svenska Aeroplan AktieBolaget.
SAAB
indeed a very good and pleasant car, I drove a 900 turbo 15 years ago,
but at that time it was over my budget.
Very good, again. But I'm also well on my DSM, indeed.

early 90's? How many turbo's did you have to change? A good friend of mine
got rid of his SAAB when the turbo died for the third time and was told it
was no longer covered.

this is because I prefer n/t engines.. what isn't there, cannot get
broken ;-)
in fact I had just a trial on this car so turbo reliabilty wasn't my
concern at all...

Most models from the 90's use LPT (low pressure turbo) charging systems.
Guess whose turbos? - yes you guessed right Mitsushitty turbos. What
usually fails is the oil seals, giving rise to lots of lovely smoke. A
good number of this Mitsushitty units failed prematurely. On the other
hand, he Garrett T03 based full pressure charge systems on the performance
models from that era are very reliable and usually run a long time bfore
they die (unless the owner has abused them).
