Not blowing smoke - that's a turn up for the books.
Blown head gasket anyone? Maybe not, maybe a cracked engine block or
cylinder head. Does it have two turbos? If so maybe a turbo housing has
cracked allowing water in.
Whatever it is, you should notice the coolant level in your reservoir
dropping. You might want to check your oil too, as it could be a nice
mayonnaise consistency if you have a path from your coolant to an oil line
opened up.

the interesting fault possibilities that they designed into their work.
