Let me edit question.
I just bought a 03 Gallant with V-6  automatic with ABS. 70,000 miles
I need to get recommendations on brake pad material.
What is original equipment replacement? Organic, ceramic ?
I have never owned a car with ABS so I don't know how the pedal feedback
should feel.I have never done a front brake job on a car with ABS.
I have a vibration on hard braking almost a pulsation that I believe to
be old scored or blued rotors.

I had to panic stop and the fronts locked up. I thought that would not
suppose to happen
New balanced tires helped  what I felt.
If I do front brakes  do have I have to deal with, reset ABS  sensors or
do I approach as a regular brake job?
Any suggestions comments?
