Electrical Problems in 94 Galante after Battery Change

PLEASE PLEASE HELP !!!

A friend of mine replaced the battery
on my 94 Galante the other
day. Now some of my electrical components are not working. My Cig
lighter works, my
lights and break lights work, my console lights and gauges work but my
AC and HEAT
and my POWER WINDOWS do not work. One of my windows is OPEN and it is
raining outside for goodness sake !!! I am a petite woman and not very
good with
cars - wet or dry ! Bless anyone who could shed a little light on the
matter !!!

I'm not familiar with your vehicle, but power is not getting to that circuit
or circuits. Check the fuses with an ohmmeter. They may actually be
labeled and point you to the one that controls the power windows/locks. If
all fuses are good, then check for a fusible link or possibly a secondary
connection at the positive terminal that was not reconnected.
