4G15P* engine in a 970 kg car ( with a 66 kg driver ) gets 13 kpl

( km per litre of RON97, speedo reading compared with gps
receiver's, & odometer reading proportionately adjusted ) in
town area, short trips, coasting a-m-a-p ) & humid air ( 28 -
32ºC, no N²O ) with nitrogen in tyres, after correction /
mitigation of a few design flaws in * & car ( Saga aeroback ).
I think users in dry air can get more kpl.
Does any user here of * (12 valve ) get a higher kpl in town
use ?

[i] ÷ 0.4251783 = 30.57 (usa) mpg
[ii]  ÷ 0.3539965 = 36.72 (uk) mpg
gotten using mineral oil with some fullerene.
If some1 replied during 17th -31st Oct'08, pls repost ; my ISP
's news server was down & now shows no post in this period.
