I am going to have to buy a driver's side power window master switch for my
2000 altima se. Does anyone know what that part usually costs?

Go to the salvage/junk yard.  Should be no more than $50.  If anyone has a
new one for that price take it but I think they run about $100ish.

good luck trying to find one that has not been soaked with rain water ,
which causes most of them to go bad in the first place

$50-$60 plus s$h  and its easy to do takes 5 min-good luck-call missan in
texas for parts you got to pay for shipping but the part isnt that
expensive,
