Reason for Oil_Stained Spark-Plug 96 altima?

Hi, there,

This Saturday, I replaced the spark plugs for my 96 Altima.
The screw part of one plug is wet with oil, the tip is still dry.

What's the reason for this? The valve cover gasket leaking?
