My right turn signal has recently changed speed - sometimes very fast, sometimes very slow. Left turn signal has not changed. What causes the speed of the turn signal to change? My blink frequency changes when a bulb opens up - Maybe you have an intermittent contact on one of the turn lights. Hope this helps.
