At 43,000 mi my nissan altima started to make loud noise, seem to be coming
from tire ,soon to find out that the rear wheel bearing is going bad . Do
you have this problem?

The wheel bearing should not fail at such an early mileage.  It is
pretty simple to replace since it is a sealed type.
