The service manager at the dealership suggested I have the transmission
oil changed next service...around the 25000 mile (40000km) mark.  That
seems unusual to me.  I have the engine oil changed regularly, but the
transmission....????  What's this about?

Is this a full flush or pan drain?  Will your warranty be negated if you
don't do it?  It won't hurt to do it, but if you are leasing or plan on
dumping it before 100,000 miles, I wouldn't bother.
