My daughter has a 2001 Nissan Altima. The car seems to drive ok but when
one stops and after the car is warm it seems to have a miss or what I call
an idle that is not right. It feels like it is going to quit but it
doesn't.My husband changed the spark plugs and the fuel filter but it is
no better and since he put the new fuel filter on the check engine light
is on continuly.Any idea's would be gratefully appreciated. Cati

it has a vacuum leak,

the intake manifold gasket is leaking and needs to be replaced

big job, not for your average shade tree knuckle busting weekend warrior.
