We replaced the oil filter b/c it had no pressure & it still has no oil
pressure. What could the problem be?

if the engine has been jacked up by the oil pan chances are the oil pick up
is being blocked due to the pan being bent.

The clearance between the pan and the pick up in on the order of a few
millimeters, so any indentation on the pan will cause this condition.
