There is a service bulletin on radio problems. I don't have the link
but it is on the Nissan site I think. It said the treble fades in and
out and it loses the stereo signal. They will replace under warranty
if that is the problem.

I just bought a 03 Altima and the stereo reception sucks. First off, where's
the antenna? On the windsheild? What can be done to improve the reception?
The stereo is a good one but reception is in-and-out, even within miles of
the station's tower. What's the deal with that??????
