I would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

We were in my daughters car for about 45 min..we pulled up to a stop sign
the car died and has yet to run. It turns over just fine...but doesn't
catch to start. The fuel pump does come on and the fuse (under the dash)is
not blown. This is a GXE

i had the same problem with my 1993 altima. it turn out being my fuel
filter. the car would turn over but it wouldn't start. change the fuel
filter and if it doesn't work at least she has a new fuel filter.

My car did the same thing and it was the o-rings that keep the oil in the
engine and out of the distributor. Just another thing to check.

I  had the same thing happen last week to my 94 nissan altima GXE. I took out
the distributor and cleaned the disk with electric parts cleaner, replaced
the o-ring ($5.79 from the dealer) . Now it runs gr8.
