1996 altima GLE - heater fan malfunction

even with max fan and heat.. it doesnt blow out any air. am missing manual,
need to know how to fix the heater fan or whatever else it could be

Hi

There's a blower fuse that could be blown.
It could be that your switch's common connection is loose (black wire)
-- it is supposed to be tied to ground so check that connection.
Check the switch by putting a meter across your blower motor. Turn on
the heat and fan to see the battery voltage. If you don't see that
voltage, most likely your switch is bad. If the voltage is there, but
the blower motor doesn't turn on, the motor is bad.
