I hate to ask such a dumb question here.  However here goes.

I have a 1999 Nissan Maxima with a burned out front turn signal.  How
does one go about replacing the bulb?  I can't seem to get to it from
the hood or from underneath the car.  There are no screws on the lens.
Does the lens pop out somehow?

Thanks in advance... and again, sorry for the dumb question.

It is in the owner manual.  If you do not have one, try the
nissanusa.com website for a download.  They have owner manuals
archived, and I believe they go back to your year.
Good luck.

the lense pops out and per the manual it says to take a small common
screwdriver and a rag and pry the light from the bumper taking care not
to damage the paint.
