I have an erratic speedo. Any suggestion what can I do to fix it. How do I
remove the instrument panel to gain access to the speedo ? Thanks.

Check the speed sensor first...

If you have to ask how, this is a service manual issue.. Unfortunately,
I don't have access to one now..

It's probably the speed sensor not the head unit.

I am sorry that I should be more specific. It is the RPM dial that is
erratic. The speed dial works perfectly. I am sure whether the speed
sensor is the problem.

Engine RPM is calculated from Camshaft sensor.. Doubt if that is an
issue since the car won't even start if the camshaft sensor has an
issue... I would look at the gauge cluster..
