I have a '93 maxima with a bose stereo.  The stereo has a fuse on the
back of it that has fallen out and got lost in space:-)  This fuse
socket is actually on the back of the stereo unit (not in the fuse
panel).  Since the original is lost, I don't know what amp rating I
need to replace it with.  Does anyone know this?

The socket seems to be for a regular automotive fuse; if you have ever
pulled out a BOSE radio out of a Nissan (not even necessarily a
Maxima, they have used the same radios in other models) you would have
seen the fuse.

Please reply to victorgrinberg ATSIGN yahoo DOTCHARCTER com

thanks

go with a ten amp as the one in teh fuse panel is a ten amp and the one
in the back of the radio is probably for the amps at the bose speakers
