On my 2K Max, the heater system doesn't switch to blowing warm air till I
set it to 85 degrees.  Its in the low 60's outside.  At about 73 it will
start blowing to the floor and then increase the fan speed up through about
80.  But no warm air, just cold air.  Any thoughts?

The blend door is not working.  You should first check to see if the
linkage has been disconnected under the dash.  Most indications are if
you have not messed with the inside of the dash that it is the control
panel that shows the temperature.

If you have the auto-climate control (sounds like you do) then there
is a way to put it into a diagnostic mode, where you can manually
check the operation of each door, etc.

I don't recall exactly what the steps are but I have done it before..
basically turn the key ON while depressing the right combination of
two climate-control buttons.  A search should find it somewhere..

Alternaltely, there may be a problem with your thermostat or some kind
of blockage in the heater core??
