Changing belts

Does anyone have any advice on changing the belts under the hood? It
appears that there is a access panel located behind the right front tire.
Any wisdom woud be appreciated.

Share with us which car you're talking about.  Though similar, the different
engines of the various model generation and trim levels makes a difference.

Sorry, its a 1997 Maxima, Auto transmission.
