Change the following:

Change Belts
Change Hoses
Change radiator fluid (do not power flush system as you will take your
heater core out.  Manual says to drain the radiator and refill with
water and then run engine and drain again.  Repeat until water runs out
clear.  There are two drains, one on each side of the block just below
the heads that allow water to drain out the skirts of the block.  Take
the catch tank off and clean it out too.  When you refill use de-ionized
 water and antifreeze at a 50/50 mix.
Change brake fluid
Change oil
Change plugs (go with double platinum)  I did mine at 87K and they were
past due
Can't change fuel filter unless you take the pump out of the tank.  The
factory service manual says it is not required until the pump fails.
Check brakes front and rear
Check wipers
Lubricate all hindges and locks
Inspect exhaust
