O2 Sensor ID

My engine light is on and I am getting a P0140 code.  Which is O2 Sensor
Circuit no activity detected.  (cylinder bank no 1 sensor no2)  Can anybody
tell me which sensor this is?

Maybe if you told us what year you're talking about...

please put your answer in the form of a question.

remember , the still unknown factor is this

is the car a California or federal emission standard vehicle
