95 maxim lug nut stems??

I broke one of the stems tightening the lug nuts. How do these stems
come off?  With 2 nuts or mash them with a hammer through the back??

Yes, bang them out and pull the new ones in by threading in a lug
nut... the "proper" way is to use a press and press them out/in.

don't bang too hard - might damage the bearing... might be pretty cost
effective to get done the right way by a shop using a press...

once done - only torque the lugs to ~80 ft-lbs...
