I don't think its unreasonable to ask for a different car (I know I would).
Just don't get your hopes up too high that they'll go for it.

Suggestion: Don't waste your time with Epsilon Minuses at the
dealership or, worst of all, on the Customer Line.
Send a Certified letter, return receipt requested, to the
CEO of Nissan, politely but firmly stating your case. I've always
received satisfaction on an unsatisfactory item going this route.

I'm assuming Canada doesn't have lemon laws like the US? You're
stuck with the car you bought unfortunately and all the warranty work
you can stand. Nissan will spend at least as much as the car is
worth
in repairs without blinking an eye before they'll admit defeat and
hand
over a new car. Check your local/national consumer laws regarding
autos and what help/protection they might be able to assist you with.
GOOD LUCK!
