Trunk alarm and rear passenger door doesn't sound with alarm

my trunk goes off when it goes back down
and the passenger door doesn't even go off.
where are the triggers located at, and how much does it cost to fix

Either that or they stuffed something in the trunk that cut them, ski's
maybe?
Apparently I did this once too, the dealer noticed it and fixed it for free.
