Injectors on 300 ZX

Can anyone advise me on the correct method of removing old injectors from
the injector rail and whether the plastic top and plastic nip on injector is
critical to the operation of the injector?  This is for a 1990 ZX N/A.

Depends if you want the injectors to survive or not. The best way is
to remove the plenum and press them out. Otherwise you can use the
"dremel" method. Look on www.twinturbo.net in the tech section for a
guide to replacing injectors.
