Yup, I just got plonked by Mike for the third time.
First time was for giving him exactly what he wanted (he asked for an
effusive apology, and then got angry b/c he thought it was sarcastic).
Second time was for *not* apologizing for an imagined insult, after I
told him I didn't mean it as an insult in the first place (he still
insisted I apologize for my non-insult), *and* after he admitted he
didn't consider the comment to be an insult. He just thought I
*meant* it as one.
The third time was completely legit, sort of. I was trying to get him
to discuss something, and he just kept on responding with "your posts
are too long" replies. I finally got fed up and went off on him with
a 78-line rant on everything from his intelligence to his racist
tendencies, and got killfiled for that.
Don't bother going back to rsfc (rec.sport.football.college) right
now, unless you want a lot of political talk. It's the offseason, and
things are pretty slow for on-topic junk.

Yeah, r.s.f.c. invaded ok.general one time. This was when I pretty much pissed him off:
Gotta love unprotected directories:

Amazingly, most of the links still work. Luckily, I quoted the links I knew he'd remove.
That whole thread was interesting.
