Thanks to everyone I appreciate tips... Ok today checked hose after passing
flow meter looks ok no cracks. tied up screws and starts better. on idle
speed works just fine like nothing happens but when pressing gas suddenly
and kind of hard hesitates and smells like gas is not burning properly got
little black smoke and at high rpms backfires.

Check to see if the check engine light is on and if it is read the code.
It sounds like a MAS to me or a TPS
