Points, I went back and looked and the man charged me for points, just
another example of how I have been ripped off, and why I decided to finish
myself. can I drop the tank and clean it out myself? or should I just buy
another? thank you for telling me about the fuel pump, I don't want to buy
any more. but it looks like I'll have to get1 more, I am going to try to
return this one since it obviously is not the right one. thank you
again....

Yep.

They were $750 when they were avalible..

Check out the 1st gen forum at www.zcar.com and search the archives for info
on rusty fuel tanks, VERY comon problem. The other issue they can develop
is the pickup tube inside the tank can develop holes which causes it to
suck air rather than fuel as the level gets low, the only fix is to install
a new pickup tube which isn't a simple task.
