anyone know of any good places other than zcarparts.com to get performance
engine parts for my 280zx? cheaper the better lol.. just dont want cheap
quality. also i know this is a dumb question to some of you... but would i
be better off switching to a carbureator? (know i cant spell) would it give
me more power? would it get rid of the bad wiring problems alot of 280zx's
have? would it be a bad decision? anyones oppinion is appreciated. if its
a good decision, what would be a good carb to go for for the L28 motor?

Google search and/or look on ebay or the clasified ads at zcar.com

The stock EFI limits the power you can get from these engines, the upper RPM
limit for the stock EFI intake to make any real power is around
5500-6000RPM.

The dual SU setup off an early 240Z is the best reasonably priced way to go
and is much easier to deal with than triple webers. The EFI intake is going
to really limit how much power you'll be able to get, see pages about this
