The fuel and temperatue gauges in my 86 pickup just went dead.  They had
worked fine until today. I could not find a fuse for them. The owners and
shop manuals offer little advise.  Any help would be appreciated.

Probably the voltage regulator on the back of the cluster.

Jim:  Thanks for the lead.  Once again my Haynes manual is of little use.
Is the voltage regulator accessable (like under the dash)for removal or do
I need to remove the instrument panel?  What does it look like, etc.?
thanks Mister 880
