94 pathfinder problem from idle

my 94 pathfinder seems to run great until i park it and let it idle for more
than 5 minutes, after its idled at least that long and i start to drive off,
it runs sluggishly and stumbles, if i punch the gas it stumbles a bit then
runs normal with no further problems. any ideas? could this be the O2 sensor
crapping out? no check engine light either

i added some seafoam to the oil and the gas and it seems to have helped
