How fix it?

get new distributor

don't buy aftermarket, get from dealer

if not , you'll be sorry

Most people replaced the whole distributor. But you can try to replace the
oil seal at the bottom of distributor assembly. It seems to be a very common
problem with our altima.

Check for engine blowby, this can be the problem and even a new one will
leak if that's the problem.
