I have an 02 Altima.  I recently hit a bad pothole,  I think a sewer
cap was sticking up and now I am having some problems.  I hear a thump
thump sound whenever I make a right turn , turning the wheel all the
way.  Along with that I smell something kind of burning after I drive.
The pedal also vibrates a little bit.  Any idea what might have
happened? and how much this is going to cost me?

Hard to say exaclty what has happened... or if it's at all related to
your pothole encounter. Best to take it to someone who can evaluate...
now that you have a good grasp of the symptoms.

Kill all those bastrards who dont fix roads, some idiot doesn do their job
and now yo umust pay several hundred to fix wheel.  ANd burning smell
probably tire rubing against wheel well/body  Bastardss, every time I got
more than a few miles in New York City I am very angry and so I now drive
slowly causing repeated honking behind me and if conditions allow I swirl in
fromnt of potholes and i became like  RADAR ALWAYS ON LOOKOUT FO RPOTHOLES
AND THE SAME TIME FOR OTHER CARS AND PE3DESTRIANS THIS I SVERY HARD...

I bet you're glad that those roads are paved.  Saw a study once, of how
much more vehicle maintenance would be necessary with out paved roads.
You get to keep a few grand in your pocket every year.

BTW The first road paved in America, from one city to another is Woodward
Ave. starting in Detriot and going north, done at the  insistence of a
bicycle org, just about a hundred years ago.  Bikes just kept falling
apart, going 10 or 20 miles to the next city was a PITA.  Had those little
seats, you know. ;-)
