Hi,

My gf's mech says she needs a new waterpump on her 96 Sentra
1.6 engine. He wants $150 to $200. He said the pump is making noise.
But it's not leaking.

I checked it out, and it looks like I can remove the splash guards
to get some room to work, then there's only one belt to come off, then
the pump comes right off.  Looks pretty easy. Right?

Thanks

I don't want to discourage you from doing this job... but be careful of
thinking this job is easy. Therre will probably be several times during
the job when you wished that you had paid the $200... but when you
finish... you will feel good about it... and you'll be that much
smarter for next time.
