I have 125,000 Km, Other than oil & tires & front links, all is well,
What would happen if the timing chain broke, would it do real engine damage,
or would it be just an inconvenience until it is repaired? 160k is
recommended for change.
What about transmission fluid change? Is this a dealer must or can anyone do
it?
thanks

Which engine do you have?  There is no recommended change interval for the
timing chain on the 3.5.   If you have the 3.3 engine, then it has a timing
belt, not a chain, that should be changed at the recommended interval.

These are interference engines, which means that if the chain/belt breaks,
the pistons will smash into whichever valves that happen to be open when it
breaks and serious damage will likely occur.

The transmission fluid should be changed when recommended.  Anyone can do
it.  A simple drain and fill is easier than changing the engine oil.
Consequences of not changing it can ultimately be transmission failure, but
its not an instant catastrophe, it can go a long time before anything bad
happens.  Unless you are towing or off-roading (in which case you want to
change it every 30,000 miles), change the fluid based on its condition.  If
it starts to darken or smell different from the original light pink color
and aroma, change it.
