when i try to start my car it wont start or kick. the battery is good on it
and eberything works it just doesnt want to start at all.

Bad starter probably. Maybe a bad connection or relay, but likely the
starter.

if you have a voltmeter, connect to starter solenoid and check for 12v when
trying to start.
If you get 12v, then starter is bad.
If you do not get 12v, could be wiring problem or ignition starter switch,
relay, etc.
Also check cable to battery, for bad/loose connections.
