starter problems with 95 nissan sentra

when i try to start my car the start will just spin i purchased a new
starter and it will just spin and not engage to the flywheel for it to
start could it be my starter relay switch?

I wonder if your flywheel has any teeth left on it...

sounds like your missing some teeth on your flywheel

Is there a alignment adjustment to engine mount?
take new starter in for a check.
Check teeth on the engine flywheel, is it worn?
