Ripped off by Nissan?

My Nissan would not start!  The AAA guy told me it had something to do with
the alarm system.  I had it towed to a Nissan dealership for repair. The
service manager told me it was the starter and something else. I don't have
the receipt in front of me right now.  I thought this solved the problem.

Tonight the car won't start again! The alarm goes off and the car dies!  I
guess it was NOT the starter after all!  Plus, I got a new starter back in
2003!

I am very angry!  I want satisfaction! Any suggestions on how to deal with
this?

I paid over $700.00 for this "repair!

Thanks

Could be as simple as a dieing battery or bad or corroded connection of
that battery terminals.
My 94 pathfinder behaved the exact same way when the  battery/connections
were bad. How old is your battery? If the dealership didn't test that
first though, that's pretty lame.

The battery had crud all over it. But the Nissan guy said it didn¹t' need to
be replaced.  Ha!  BS.
Can I have the old starter checked out?  I want to make sure it's okay
before I take Nissan to small claims court! Is there a fast way to check?

I started the car tonight no problem. I think the problem is in the alarm.
