Which model?? Check the forums section on edmunds.com.
Take some solid advice, don't buy a Nissan, go for a Toyota or something
with better quality. I own a 2004 Titan LE...can't even get rid of
it...service is poor, paint quality is extremely poor, did I mention service
is poor? I am driving a $34,000 piece of junk. Seriously, Nissan will not
help you if you have a problem, once out the door, you are fundamentally
out of mind....Toyota would be (and should have been) my first option, then
perhaps even a Kia...yes...Kia...can't beat the warranty! Email me if you
have questions, parsonmr@earthlink.net

Mike,
Your position is rare among Titan owners. Most are extremely happy with the
trucks. Sorry for your problems but maybe your dealer is the real issue?
For a somewhat more balanced appraisal of Titans go to Tatantalk.com.

I totally agree with that!!. I have had nothing but problems since I bought
my Nissan in July 2004. I too, wished I would have bought a Toyota. The
dealership loves to tell you that they can't duplicate the problem or that
there' s no problem at all. I'm dealing with Nissan consumer affairs and
they aren't being much help either and it doesn't help that the service
manager ( whom I might add was a real smart butt) where I bought my car, bold
face lied to the consumer affairs people. Now I'm stuck with the option of
going to 2 other towns to try and get another Nissan dealership to fix my car
and they won't supply me a loaner.

It must be the dealerships that your dealing with, have you tried contacting
corporate? My wife broke down in a small town while we were living in
Maine, Nissan got a tow truck to her and paid for them to take her to the
dealer, which was around 30 miles or so. Now Im living in FL again, and
just took her 01 Sentra in for failing to idle, no warning light or code,
they came back with the same part I figured was the problem in the first
place(IACV) in under half an hour. Just remember that some dealers are more
service orientated and some are just out to make sales.
