2004 nissan pathfinder

At 1750 RPM`s my Nissan makes a noise like a speedometer cable that
needs greased. Also parking on a slight grade for a few hours the gas
seems to drain back. My garage says as long as it starts within 10
seconds its OK? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

shouldnt it still be under warranty?

Yes it is uder warranty. The dealer doesn`tknow what is causing the
noise. Until i discovered it made it at 1750 RPMs I could not duplicate
the noise at will, even then it doesn`t do it every time.
