I have a 2001 Nissan Sentra GXE with 45,000 miles. Sometimes the air
conditioning seems like it doesn't kick on at all; all I get is warm air.
At other times it works like a champ and the air is very cold. Does this
have anything to do with service bulletin 00091?

Not sure what SB #91 is all about... but what you describe is the
compressor not coming on. The most common reason for this is a low
refrigerant charge.

if the bulletin you are referring to concerning the issue with the
thermo-control amp then I would have to say yes.

Is that thermo-control amp something that you see fail often?
