B15 Sentras, all after 2000-2005+ use a timing chain for camshaft/valve
operation, not a timing belt. You do not need to change the chain for
"the vehicle lifetime", according to Nissan, unless you detect odd
noises [tapping/clicking or other characteristics etc.] and it is
deemed necessary upon inspection [chain would show cracks or other
forms of wear].

Don't the B14s also use a chain?

Yes.
Also, B12s [only from 1989 onward], B13s, and B14s use timing chains
[GA16I and GA16DE engines].
B11s, B12s [1987-1988] use timing belts [E15,E16I,S etc.]
