Is there a way to get a replacement keyless entry thingie for my Altima? One of the buttons have fallen off and I have replaced the battery but sometimes when I pressed it it responses sometimes it does not. This is something that needs to be special ordered? MC Ebay.com. Cheers. Nirav Ditto. I bought a new one for my Pathfinder for about $35 on Ebay. There's was a special sequence to program it for the vehicle...stand on one leg with the door open, turn around 3 times, jump up and down 5 times, then honk the horn...or something like that. I forget the exact sequence and it may or may not be different between the altima and pathfinder.
