Is there a way to get a replacement keyless entry thingie for my Altima?
One of the buttons have fallen off and I have replaced the battery but
sometimes when I pressed it it responses sometimes it does not.  This is
something that needs to be special ordered?

Ditto.  I bought a new one for my Pathfinder for about $35 on Ebay.  There's
was a special sequence to program it for the vehicle...stand on one leg with
the door open, turn around 3 times, jump up and down 5 times, then honk the
horn...or something like that.  I forget the exact sequence and it may or
may not be different between the altima and pathfinder.  Seriously there is
a simple sequence to program the fob for your vehicle if you don't want to
pay the dealer to do it for you.

Usually not, as someone else said you'll need to do a google search.  It
looks like it's the same for many Nissans though...
