Bad gasoline?  Switch to different gas stations and see if it
goes away.

Thanks Ray.  I have tried different gas stations and different grades..
Still happens.  Saying that after changing the mass air flow meter, the
problem is very predictable.  When the engine is cold, it starts and
idles ok, maybe a bit high but no stalling when foot off of gas pedal.
After driving for 8 to 10 minutes,, the bad idle starts,,, it will
stall as soon as foot is off accelerator,,,  If I stop the car at this
point,,, wait few minutes and start the car, the idle is perfect,,, and
it stays that way until the engine is cold.  now when its bad, if I
don't stop the car and restart the bad idle conditon remains....

Strange condition,,, something is feeding the computer bad information
when the engine is cold and starts warming up....
